Enhanced Z-axis rigidity, achieved through a wide spindle box-column contact surface with over 150 mm contact length, prevents deflection during heavy cuts. The optimized chip management system, with a high-angle rear cast iron chip area, efficiently removes chips, maintaining a clean workspace and thermal stability.

●  High-Precision Spindle: Features a belt-type spindle (BT40 or SK40) with 10,000 rpm and 7.5/11 kW power, using P4 Japanese NSK bearings with spindle suspension controlled within 0.003 mm for exceptional accuracy.

●  Advanced Linear Guideways: Equipped with Taiwan HIWIN roller-type linear guideways on all three axes, enhancing rigidity and ensuring precise machining.

●  Precision Ball Screws: Utilizes high-precision ball screws from Taiwan HIWIN or PMI (Φ40×16 mm), delivering smooth axis movement and excellent repeatability.
